Let The Cooking Begin!...

After grocery shopping every week, I pre-cut, pre-cook (everything that can be), and pre-portion all our meals for the week!...NOT!  Yes, I just whipped out some ghetto 90's slang!  In my perfect world that would happen. In my home, back in reality after grocery shopping, I'm lucky to get everything out of the car and into the frig/freezer/cupboards without a 13 month old break down!  Today my son did amazing dispite feeling under the weather!  Poor Max has had a rough week!  So, instead of attempting to start my weekly cooking, I took a little cuddle break with my little man!
